Thickness Constraint
Thickness Constraint
Minimum Thickness
Minimum thickness of a wall, strut or rib and in general all other resulting shapes. Specified in world units.
Maximum Thickness
Maximum thickness of a wall, strut or rib and in general all other resulting shapes. Specified in world units. To achieve better Maximum Thickness results it is recommended to use “Fine Tune” for the Shape Quality parameter.
To set up a thickness optimisation all combinations can be used. The optimisation can aim for a Minimum Thickness or a Maximum Thickness but both options can also be combined.
Keep in mind the thickness constraints are set in world units, scale accordingly.
