Directly after using the Facet Body to NURBS Geometry tool which creates a CAD Nurbs NURBS geometry from the optimisation result some NURBS patches can miss or other geometry faults can appear.
The geometry can be repaired manually with the Geometry Cleanup tool. and Filler Tools.
