When the GPU solving is activated inside the Application Settings - Generative Design Solver the CUDA solver will automatically start in the background. Requirement for this is the installation of the CUDA driver. More information here.
If the GPU is really working can be checked with the Windows Task-Manager. Therefore the Cuda window has to be selcted from the GPU:
